Of course you can. During your consultation, we will discuss your requirements and talk you through all your options, such as retaining your existing mobile phone number.
Switching your network provider requires your porting authorisation code (PAC). You can obtain this by texting PAC to 65075. Once you provide us with the code, we can handle the switching process for you.
The network transfer will take place on an agreed connection date and is usually immediate. However, some transfers may happen at any time on a given date. Don’t worry, you will not lose phone coverage as your switch to a new network happens instantly.
You don’t need a new SIM card when switching mobile phone networks. However, some SIM cards need to be updated (or can be lost or damaged). DB Communication can provide new SIM cards for no extra charge. Simply tell us that you need a new SIM card, and we can pop one in the post.
